A retreat you don't travel to — because you can't embody something in a borrowed room. It only counts where you actually live.

The shape of the 11 weeks

• Week 1 — Your As-Is Mapping, 2 hours and 30 questions, ending with the thing you've been circling, named
• Weeks 2–10 — 9 sessions of 60 minutes, roughly 3 to each phase, with a quick midpoint check-in at week 6
• Week 11 — Your Final Assessment, 2 hours, against where you began

And then there's the rest of the week

• A written summary after every session — the key takeaways, the golden nuggets, and what it's asking of you that week
• Messaging with me, personally — answered during business hours
• Your own Lumina AI companion, on ChatGPT, set up with your context. A free ChatGPT account is all you need
• Patreon, the full library — every recording and every alignment video, for 3 months

If essential oils can't be posted where you live, the Four Pathways scented wooden blocks instead — the same 4 scents.

We talk first. The Journey begins with a private call, so we both know it's right — that this is what you're looking for, and that the timing is fair to you. Please book that call before purchasing.

• 11 consecutive weeks where possible, completed within 4 months — the momentum is part of how it works
• Reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. A session missed with no notice counts as taken
• Payment plans available — ask me on the call

Because hypnosis is part of this work, your consent is confirmed out loud before we begin, and you can pause or stop at any moment. Sonic Sound Hypnosis is my own method — it is not clinical hypnotherapy, and it is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
