The Heart of Life Session

60 minutes. One thing seen clearly.

Two of its three parts are conversation. We begin by talking about what's actually present, then we breathe, then I guide you into a relaxed, inwardly focused state using voice, intuitive singing, sound and breath. From there we follow what arises — and then we talk again, about what it means and what it asks of you.

A short preparation video comes to you before each session — 5 to 15 minutes of stretching to bring your body into alignment, so you arrive already settled.

One session, or three

One session names the thing you have been circling. Three give what one can't: something surfaces, and then we have somewhere to take it. With three you can choose the phase you'd like to work with — Release, Remember or Embody — or let it find itself.

Three sessions include your ritual oils

1ml each of Release, Remember and Embody, posted to you before we begin — enough for our three sessions together. We breathe the same scent at the start of each one, so wherever you are in the world, we're breathing the same thing at the same moment.

• Every session recorded and transcribed, and yours to keep
• One session to be used within 1 month of purchase; three sessions within 3 months

After you book, I'll be in touch to arrange your times — and, if you have chosen three, to take your postal address for the oils.

Rescheduling

Let me know at least 24 hours before and we'll find another time. If a session is missed with no notice, it counts as taken. Emergencies are emergencies — tell me and we'll sort it out.

Because hypnosis is part of this work, your consent is confirmed out loud before we begin, and you can pause or stop at any moment. Sonic Sound Hypnosis is my own method — it is not clinical hypnotherapy, and it is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
